Why Aren’t Researchers Using Web 2.0?

There’s an interesting article in Research Information this week, by web analyst David Stuart: he discusses the possible reasons that ‘Web 2.0 fails to excite today’s researchers‘. As Stuart says, researchers are, on the face of it, natural users of colloborative online technology. So why aren’t they rushing?
