Three new reviews have been published this week.

The first (review no. 753 and response) features a robust debate between William Rubinstein of the University of Aberystwyth and Tony Kushner over the latter’s latest book, Anglo-Jewry Since 1066: Place, Locality and Memory, which focuses on the Jews of Hampshire.

We also have a review (no. 754, by Theo Riches of the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster) of an ambitious new work on medieval Europe, The Crisis of the Twelfth Century: Power, Lordship, and the Origins of European Government, by Thomas N. Bisson. His response can be read here.

Finally, William Doyle (University of Bristol) casts his eye (review no. 755) over A Companion to Eighteenth Century Europe, edited by Peter H. Wilson.
